What is the typical turnaround time for edited content?Turnaround time is on a project by project bases, but the average turnaround time is 7 business days.
How far in advance should I book?At least 2 weeks is desired.
Do you offer rushed services?We can better determine the answer to this question if we talk with you. Go to https://www.capturedmedianc.com/booknow. Put ‘RUSHED PROJECT REQUEST’ in the subject line and you will be called asap.
Who owns the copyright to videos and photos?Captured Media LLC is the owner of all photos and videos created by the company.
Can I see examples of similar B2B work you've done?What file formats and resolutions do you deliver?We delivery high-quality JPEGs in SRGB and 1080p or 4k H.264, MP4 for video. For large prints we deliver in TIFF.
How many revisions are included?For video you a allotted three rounds of revisions and two rounds for photography.
$50 per hour of revising.
Revisions will not be made if outside the scope of the project.
What licensing terms do you offer for commercial use?For commercial projects, you receive a commercial usage license that lets your business use the photos/videos for marketing on your website, social media, and standard digital/print ads. We keep the copyright, but you have full permission to use the content to promote your business. If you need broader rights (like national campaigns, TV, or perpetual/unlimited use), We can provide an extended license for an additional fee of $200 per year.
Do you provide scripts, storyboards, and/or concept development?After an initial discovery meeting we will determine scope and whether scripts, storyboards or concepts fit the project.
How far are you willing to travel?If given enough of a heads up we are willing to travel anywhere. Travel fees will be included.
Can I get unedited/raw files?No. That is sacrilegious in our profession.
